DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop sales strategies to achieve business targets and increase market share. Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team performance. Analyze customer eligibility based on 5C principles. Conduct customer site visits and surveys when needed. Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and customers. Ensure financing documents comply with company policies and SOPs. Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth sales operations.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s Degree in any major, preferably in Banking, Economics, Accounting, or related fields Willing to work mobile Minimum 3–5 years of experience as Lead/Coordinator Marketing Commercial Car (Truck) or Passanger Car in Multifinance Company Understand and able to analyze financial statement Passionate in Marketing and well groomed Good communication skills
