DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Achieve the company's sales objectives as set by the organization and report progress to management. Seek and prospect potential customers to increase market share and meet sales targets. Analyze the market and plan relevant actions to maintain and enhance market and sales objectives. Negotiate with customers to ensure mutually beneficial agreements and close sales. Collaborate with the marketing and distribution teams to ensure product availability in the market and support promotional activities.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in any major with a minimum GPA of 3.00. At least 3 years experience as a sales supervisor from FMCG Company Have deep knowledge about frozen food business An agile and dynamic individual to meet changing business needs. Highly motivated to achieve set targets and results. Excellent communication skills to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal teams Willing to cover Bogor & Bekasi area
