DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

* Handle inbound and outbound inquiries for house shifting and office relocation services * Generate new leads through calls, online platforms, and client networking * Explain moving services including packing, loading, transportation, and unpacking * Prepare quotations and negotiate pricing with customers * Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings * Coordinate with moving crew and operations team for smooth job execution * Maintain customer records and follow up for feedback and repeat business * Achieve monthly sales targets * Handle complaints and provide quick solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
REQUIREMENT

* Previous sales experience (Movers & Packers preferred) * Strong communication and convincing skills * Ability to handle customer pressure and urgent bookings * Basic knowledge of UAE moving/relocation market * MS Office and phone handling skills * Target-oriented mindset
