DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Serve as the main HR point of contact for assigned business units Partner with leaders on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning Provide guidance on labor laws, HR policies, and workplace concerns Handle disciplinary cases, employee grievances, and policy implementation Monitor HR metrics and provide data-driven insights and recommendations Support organizational development and people initiatives
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field At least 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably handling multiple HR facets Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills Proficient in MS Office applications
