DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Manage full spectrum of financial operations across multiple entities Perform daily, weekly, and monthly account reconciliations and reporting Process invoices, reimbursements, supplier payments, and payroll support Administer loans and contracts, including PPSR registrations Monitor collections and provide customer finance support Ensure financial compliance and support audit preparation Drive continuous improvement across financial systems and processes Daily Tasks Reconcile accounts and transactions in Xero and payment platforms Process invoices, reimbursements, and supplier payments Enter and maintain payment schedules and loan contracts Monitor overdue accounts and apply necessary charges Update and maintain accurate customer and financial records in CRM systems Coordinate with external accountants and support audit requirements
REQUIREMENT

3-5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or bookkeeping Strong experience in Xero and payment platforms Exposure to inter-company reconciliations and multi-entity environments Experience in loan or contract administration High attention to detail and accuracy Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to process improvement Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to handle sensitive financial data with discretion Preferably with exposure to Australian financial regulations and compliance Experience with collections processes is highly advantageous Familiarity with Zoho CRM and external payment platforms is a plus
