DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Handle daily accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) Prepare and process invoices, payments, and supporting documentation Manage month-end closing, reconciliations, and financial reporting Maintain proper documentation and filing system Liaise with internal departments and external parties Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Finance Manager
REQUIREMENT

Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience Hands-on experience in AP, AR, invoicing, month-end closing, and full set of accounts Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software Able to work independently and meet deadlinesExposure to multi-entity accounting Structured and stable working environment Opportunity to handle full set of accounts and month-end closing Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible Candidates with the ability to communicate in Mandarin to liaise with stakeholders will have an added advantage.
