DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

PERSOL Indonesia is currently assisting one of our clients, a leading Japanese logistics company in finding a great talent to join as a Sales Supervisor (Domestic Logistics) with the following details: Working Location: South Jakarta Act as the primary contact point for client inquiries and requests Handle client orders and coordinate with a team of 5–6 members to ensure smooth execution Support and guide team members in daily operations to maintain efficiency Collaborate closely with the team to achieve operational and sales targets Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide timely updates and solutions Coordinate with internal departments (operations, logistics, etc.) to ensure service quality Monitor ongoing projects/orders and ensure proper follow-up and reporting
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in any major Minimum 4 years of experience in domestic logistics sales (non-forwarding) Currently working in a sales role within logistics or transportation industry Experience in leading or coordinating a team Stable career track record (not a job hopper) Business level English proficiency
