DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Create and implement brand communication concepts for product SKUs in line with bar launch programs. Refine and optimize existing brand communication concepts to ensure consistency and effectiveness. Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to support communication strategies. Provide innovative proposals and creative ideas aligned with individual expertise and business needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, design, R&D) to ensure smooth execution of initiatives. Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Marketing, Communication, Economic, or any relevant major with min, GPA 3.00 1–2 years of experience in marketing, market research or related areas. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate market research and consumer behavior insights into actionable strategies. Familiarity with FMCG industry dynamics is a strong plus.
