DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Execute a risk-based audit strategy and annual audit plan across all divisions, including Head Office, Warehouse, and Central Kitchen Oversee end-to-end operational, financial, and compliance audits, ensuring robust internal controls and governance standards are in place Evaluate the effectiveness of key business processes, including inventory management, procurement, warehouse operations, and financial controls Identify and assess fraud risks, control gaps, and operational inefficiencies, providing strategic, data-driven recommendations to management Review and validate audit findings, ensuring high-quality, insightful, and actionable reporting for senior stakeholders Act as a business partner to cross-functional leaders in driving corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and ensure sustainable control improvements across divisions Drive enhancements in SOPs, internal control frameworks, and governance practices aligned with business growth
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Audit, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory/managerial role Proven experience in multi-division audit environments, preferably within F&B, retail, or hospitality industries Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes, including supply chain, warehouse, and financial operations Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills Demonstrated leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail Willing to travel as required for business needs Strong knowledge of risk-based audit methodologies and internal control frameworks Professional certifications such as CIA, CPA, or equivalent Experience in driving process improvement and governance transformation initiatives
