DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
1. Strategic HR & Talent Advisory
• Partner with senior leaders to translate business strategy into a clear people agenda
• Support leadership hiring and talent decisions to strengthen capability and performance
• Lead performance reviews, talent assessments, and succession discussions
• Ensure strong leadership pipelines and continuity plans are in place
2. Culture & Employee Experience
• Champion company culture and ensure values are embedded across the organization
• Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement and experience
• Drive a high-performance, people-focused environment
3. Workforce Planning & Succession
• Develop and implement workforce planning across business units
• Assess current talent, identify gaps, and plan future hiring needs
• Build succession pipelines for critical roles
4. HR Governance & Policies
• Ensure consistent application of HR policies across the business
• Maintain compliance with UAE labour laws and internal governance standards
• Support leadership on complex employee relations matters
REQUIREMENT
• UAE National (mandatory requirement)
• Minimum 10+ years of progressive HR experience
• Bachelor’s degree as a minimum qualification
• Proven track record in HR leadership roles within retail or large, multi-site organizations
• Strong ability to operate at both strategic and advisory level with senior stakeholders
• Experience leading transformation and organizational development initiatives
• CIPD Level 7 or equivalent senior HR qualification preferred
