DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to drive enrollment in training programs.
Identify and engage potential clients, including individuals, culinary institutions, hotels, restaurants, and food industry businesses.
Build and maintain strong relationships with partners such as hospitality schools, F&B operators, and industry communities.
Promote training programs through various channels, including digital marketing, social media, events, and direct outreach.
Conduct presentations and consultations to prospective clients and corporate partners.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Perform market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
Manage and nurture leads through consistent follow-ups and CRM tracking.
Collaborate with internal teams to align training offerings with market demand.
Prepare regular sales reports, performance analysis, and marketing evaluations.
REQUIREMENT
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in sales and/or marketing (experience in training, culinary, or hospitality industry is a plus). Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Target-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals. Good understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (social media, ads, content marketing). Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Professional appearance and confident presentation skills. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Willingness to conduct client visits and offline meetings.
