DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Develop localized strategies for MTI, aligned with the overall strategic guidelines set by Key Account Management (KAM) and Trade Marketing.
Conduct financial planning, including setting targets (Sales Forecast) and budgeting (Promotion,etc) for the assigned accounts. Regularly monitor and control financial performance.
Maintain trading term with maksimum benefit and Settle all the issues of trading term claims accordingly.
Conduct analysis of outlet visit data and distributor performance to provide informed insights for strategic work planning
Ensure in-store product availability and visibility across key accounts
Oversee execution of trade promotions and point-of-sale (POS) materials include Monitor planogram compliance and merchandising standards in outlets
Monitor sales performance and proactively resolve daily operational issues with stores or distributors
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, Management, or related field)
2–5 years of experience in FMCG sales / key account / modern trade
Experience handling Local Modern Trade
Ability to manage trade promotions and budgets
able to read sales data, margin, and performance
Have a strong analytical and negotiation skill (trading term, activity promotion)
understand P&L, revenue, and profitability
