Bachelor's degree with major Law Experienced at least 1 year in industrial relation (manufacturing company) Has experienced coordinate with union (especially FSPMI) Understand manpower law and regulation related to industrial relations Experienced in handling vendors and third parties Has knowledge about employments law. Good communication and interpersonal skills Fluent with Ms. Office Good in English (speaking and writing)
