DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Maintain and update employee personal files, time attendance and leave records Coordinate HR functions : payroll, recruitment, employee relation matters or HR related support. Draft and maintain HR related letters such as memo, employment and confirmation letters. Coordinate on staff training & learning development and to perform HRD grant applications and claims Provide administrative support for general office functions. Perform any ad-hoc HR & Admin tasks as and when required.
REQUIREMENT

SPM/Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 1 or 2 years of experience in HR and/or administrative roles. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word. Responsible, multi-tasking and possess a good working attitude Able to start work immediately.
