Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.
Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing.
Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
Review quality of purchased products.
Input order data to our internal system.
Coordinate with inventory staff to ensure proper inventory.
REQUIREMENT
Experienced in the field for at least 5 years. Good knowledge of supplier sourcing practices (researching, evaluating, and liaising with suppliers). Understanding of supply chain procedures. Solid analytical skills, with the ability to create reports and conduct cost analysis. Negotiations skills. Ability to work with team on costing bill of materials and processes. Ability to maintain supplier relations.
