DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Manage the full accounts payable cycle including invoice processing, verification, coding, and posting. Ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor payments in accordance with company policies. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions and supporting documentation. Coordinate with procurement and operations teams to ensure proper invoice approvals. Handle month-end closing activities related to accounts payable. Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and reports. Manage multi-region or multi-entity payables, ensuring consistency and compliance across jurisdictions (advantage). Monitor aging reports and ensure timely resolution of outstanding payables.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 3–5+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or General Accounting roles. Strong hands-on experience with accounting software; SAP experience is highly preferred. Experience working in a multi-entity or multi-region environment is an advantage. Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Good understanding of accounting principles and financial processes. Ability to work onsite in Dubai Airport Freezone. Strong communication and coordination skills. Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
