REQUIREMENT
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity Thorough understanding of Indonesian labour laws and regulations Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to provide pragmatic HR solutions Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels Proficient in using HR information systems and data analysis tools A proactive and collaborative approach to work, with a keen eye for detail A relevant degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
