DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, system/OA software, NAS, printers/MFP, backup systems, and other IT equipment
Troubleshoot network issues within a Windows domain environment, including TCP/IP, Active Directory, wireless access points, firewalls, routers, and switches
Manage and support corporate email systems (Exchange Server, Outlook, Mobile ActiveSync)
Perform system administration for various servers
Maintain and update hardware and software inventory records
Evaluate, recommend, and implement IT initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
Supervise contractors and conduct site surveys for infrastructure-related projects, including telecommunications, machinery, networking, IoT, and IT equipment
Perform any other duties as assigned by the immediate superior
REQUIREMENT
Diploma in IT or a related field
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in end-user support (hardware & software), including at least 1 year of fieldwork experience in outdoor IT project
Strong ability to liaise and coordinate with vendors and users both onsite and offsite
Proactive and innovative, with the ability to propose and implement improvements to IT operations and projects
Willing to work on alternate Saturdays
