DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Lead and execute the commercialization strategy for PT. Modena Medical Indonesia’s medical devices portfolio across Indonesia. Develop, expand, and manage strategic relationships with distributors and key hospital accounts. Identify and capture new business opportunities, including government (B2G) procurement projects and private sector partnerships. Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline, including forecasting and achievement of revenue targets. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure product readiness, operational alignment, and successful market implementation.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in any field; experience in medical devices or healthcare industry is an advantage. Proven experience in sales, business development, or key account management. Strong network within hospitals, distributors, or healthcare institutions is a plus. Willing to travel extensively and work in a highly mobile role across Indonesia. Strong communication, negotiation, and results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently. ⁠This role is hands-on and requires strong execution in a fast-growing business environment.
