DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, software systems, NAS, printers/MFP, backup facilities, and other IT equipment. Troubleshoot network issues within a Windows domain environment, including TCP/IP, Active Directory, firewalls, and routers. Manage corporate email setup and administration using Exchange Server and related tools. Oversee system administration for various servers and maintain hardware/software inventory documentation. Propose and implement IT initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency. Supervise contract personnel and conduct site surveys for diverse infrastructure projects, including telecommunications and networking. Perform additional tasks as directed by the immediate supervisor.
REQUIREMENT

Diploma in IT or a related field. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in end-user support (hardware & software) with at least 1 year in fieldwork related to outdoor IT projects. Strong skills in vendor liaison and user support, both onsite and offsite. Innovative mindset with the ability to introduce and recommend new initiatives. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach. Proactive and resourceful in task execution. Willing to work on alternate Saturdays.
