DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

1. Office Set-up & Facilities: Oversee the initial office fit-out, including workstation setup, utilities (internet, water, electricity), and coordinating with building management. 2. Vendor Management: Identify, negotiate, and manage contracts with local vendors (couriers, stationary, cleaning services, and maintenance). 3. Administrative Systems: Develop and implement administrative SOPs, filing systems, and office policies in line with Lion Parcel’s global standards. 4. Legal & Compliance: Assist in managing local business permits, office insurance, and ensuring the workplace adheres to Malaysian health and safety (OSHA) standards. 5. Financial Admin: Manage office petty cash, process invoices/reimbursements, and coordinate with the Finance team in Jakarta for budgeting and reporting. 6. HR Support: Assist in local recruitment coordination, onboarding new hires, and managing attendance/leave records for the KL team. 7. Procurement: Manage the procurement of office supplies, pantry needs, and IT assets (laptops/printers).
REQUIREMENT

1. Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of proven experience in Office Management, General Affairs, or Senior Administration roles. 2. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. 3. Location: Must be based in or willing to work in Kuala Lumpur. 4. Employement Type: Full-time contract based 4. Language: Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a strong plus for communicating with the HQ. 5. Local Knowledge: Deep understanding of Malaysian labor laws, office licensing (DBKL/local councils), and local business etiquette. 6. Skills: Strong negotiation skills, highly organized, and "hands-on" (able to work independently as the first admin hire). 7. Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word) and cloud-based collaboration tools (Google Workspace). 8. Availability: Ability to start on short notice is highly preferred.
