DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Take full ownership of the P&L for the OTC Business, delivering sustainable revenue and profit growth Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence Manage and strengthen relationships with key accounts and major distributors to maximise sales performance and long-term partnerships Identify, develop, and expand new distribution channels to increase market coverage and penetration Develop and execute sales strategies and annual operating plans aligned with overall business objectives Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and channel performance to recommend proactive actions Collaborate closely with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution and business success
REQUIREMENT

Proven experience in a similar senior sales leadership role within the FMCG or Consumer Healthcare industry Strong track record in managing distributors and building successful distributor networks Demonstrated ability in developing and managing new distribution channels. Solid experience in P&L management with clear accountability for top-line and bottom-line results Excellent leadership and people management skills, with experience leading small to medium-sized sales teams Strong negotiation, analytical, and strategic planning abilities Fluent in English and Cantonese/Mandarin (preferred)
