DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Foster positive customer relationships and build good rapport Respond to customer inquiries promptly and accurately Utilize CRM knowledge effectively to manage tickets and documentation Address customer inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues via phone, email, and chat Be well-versed in company products and services Provide clear and effective solutions through both written and verbal communication Exhibit excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Multi-task efficiently and manage priorities Handle NBN-related concerns with accuracy and urgency Ensure all customer concerns and inquiries are well documented in the system Take on ad-hoc tasks as needed
REQUIREMENT

6 months to 1 year of experience in a BPO setup Bachelor's Degree in any field, or at least 2 years of college, or a 2-year Technical/Vocational/Associate degree Experience in AU Telco preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently Familiarity with CRM or any related tools Adaptability to changing market conditions and customer needs Understanding of customer behavior and market trends A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to continuous learning
