Formulate sales strategies to ensure achievement of the annual sales plan to achieve sales volume revenue and profit objectives
Plan, execute and evaluate all sales related promotion activities
Identify new business and channel opportunities
Monitor ROI of sales strategies to maximize business and profit opportunities
Formulate the promotion offer with managed accounts and ensure the activities are properly coordinated and executed
Channel pricing alignment and coordinate overall pricing arrangement align with company direction
Building brand awareness and consumer engagement align with Brand direction through e-Commerce platforms
Design and execute channel specific campaigns to achieve the above said targets
Coordinate with Marketing team and e-Commerce platforms to come up with the best strategies benefit to company development.
REQUIREMENT
University graduate with major in Business or related discipline
Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG or e-Commerce or any competitive industry is preferred
Possess a macro overview of account management Understand international / Hong Kong e-Commerce business
Possess the character of a leader who is hands on, flexible and has a management style that can work effectively with people at all levels
Fluent spoken and written English/ some Mandarin would be an advantage.
