DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and markets Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular visits and follow-ups Support Sales Manager & Product Managers in daily business operations Conduct market research & competitor analysis to stay ahead in the industry Negotiate and close deals that align with company goals Achieve sales targets and contribute to business expansion Respond to customer & supplier queries with efficiency and professionalism
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Chemical Engineering, or a related field Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the Chemicals Industry Strong knowledge of marketing & negotiation techniques Experience in chemical sales (plastics, rubber, fiberglass industry preferred) Self-motivated & results-driven with a passion for sales Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to conduct market research and evaluate customer needs
