Recruitment & Candidate Management
Manage end-to-end recruitment for USRN, Travel Nurses, and Home Healthcare Workers
Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates based on client requirements
Verify qualifications, licensure, certifications, and eligibility
Present qualified candidates aligned with role requirements
Ensure compliance with U.S. healthcare credentialing standards
Sourcing & Talent Acquisition
Use job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and databases to source candidates
Build pipelines for specialized and hard-to-fill healthcare roles
Identify passive candidates in niche talent pools
Stakeholder & Candidate Experience
Maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
Provide timely updates and feedback throughout the hiring process
Coordinate with onboarding and credentialing teams
Administrative & Reporting
Maintain accurate ATS records
Submit weekly reports and pipeline updates
Participate in recruitment events and initiatives
Meet or exceed performance metrics
REQUIREMENT
Experience in healthcare recruiting (USRN and/or Travel Nurse preferred)
Strong understanding of U.S. healthcare roles, licensure, and credentialing
Experience with full-cycle recruitment processes
Proficiency in ATS platforms and MS Office tools
Experience using sourcing tools (LinkedIn, job boards, social media)
Ability to manage high-volume recruitment in a fast-paced environment
Good-to-Have
Experience in RPO, BPO, or staffing agency environments
Background in Home Healthcare, Acute Care, or Long-Term Care hiring
Experience working with U.S. clients or multinational healthcare organizations
