Oversight of the full spectrum of finance duties, including banking & treasury; accounting & reporting; financial planning & analysis; cost accounting, cash flow management, and assisting in business decision-making for all the operating companies within the Group. Implement and maintain accounting system, internal controls and working procedures for the entire of companies. Liaison with external auditor, tax agent, bankers and other statutory bodies. Initiate, direct and co-ordinate the preparation of budgets and quarterly forecast. Ensure timely and accurate completion and compliance of all required statutory reporting to ensure good corporate governance, on a quarterly basis. Evaluate the organizations financial and business performance and provide analysis and interpretation of the performance as well as input / recommendations to management on a monthly basis. Conducting periodical analysis of all costs Managing the budgets around all costing issues and provide variance analysis Developing and maintaining accurate costing systems and to ensure all costs are identified and recorded accurately Play an active role in costing new products Provide analysis report to compare the variance of actual performance and budget on a monthly basis. Ensure an effective management of payable, receivable and cash balance. Ensure an effective management of credit control. To carry any other duties, responsibilities and assignment wherever required, directed or instructed by superiors.
