Install/Setup/Troubleshoot of PC Hardware (laptop/desktop/workstation) Install/Setup/Troubleshoot of PC Operating System (laptop/desktop) Install/Setup/Troubleshoot of Client’s application like Ms. Office/O365 family, SAP Client,Web based applications, and any of technical application Conduct Ms. O365 Family Training Setup/Troubleshoot Client's Multimedia Devices
REQUIREMENT

Minimum Diploma (D3) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Fluent in English is a must Proven experience in installing, setting up, and troubleshooting PC hardware (laptops, desktops, workstations) Hands-on experience with PC operating systems (Windows 10/11, Windows Server, etc.) Proficient in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting client applications such as Microsoft Office / O365, SAP Client, web-based applications, and other enterprise software Ability to conduct Microsoft O365 training sessions for end users Experience setting up and troubleshooting multimedia devices Willing to work on a 3 month project
