DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Lead HR & General Affairs functions at branch level Manage recruitment, employee relations, and performance management Ensure manpower readiness for Sales, Warehouse, and Delivery teams Oversee branch facilities, assets, and operational support Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies Support smooth day-to-day distribution operations
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or related field with GPA 3.00 Preferably 2 years experience as Supervisor / 2 years as Manager in HRGA FMCG Area. Experience handling frontline workforce (sales, driver, warehouse) Strong leadership and problem-solving skills Good communication skill. Strong coaching and mentoring skills. Deep understanding of labor regulation and industrial relations Willing to be placed in Bandung / Malang.
