REQUIREMENT
Must-Have Skills & Requirements: Maintain and enhance customer satisfaction; provide service in a respectful, courteous, and positive manner Effective communication skills (verbal, written, and listening) across all levels of staff Punctual, detail-oriented, and self-reliant Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s/College Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent Minimum 2 years of experience in IT service desk or technical support positions Customer service-oriented, resourceful, and self-motivated Proficient in MS Windows environment, MS Office, and Office 365 applications Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) Strong analytical and problem-resolution skills Ability to manage tasks with minimal supervision Experience leading minor tasks or projects assigned by the supervisor Willingness to work shifting schedules, including holidays, weekends, and night shifts Experience with Active Directory and ticketing systems is a plus
