DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Perform personnel activities (payroll, HRIS, BPJS, employee database, etc.) Conduct employee recruitment and selection process Responsible for operational fulfillment Responsible for administration related to General Affair Performing tasks according to SOP and procedures Supporting the acceleration of cross-divisional HR project implementation and consistency in HR administration Supporting BAU HRBP & GA, including employee administration, correspondence, and coordination with related divisions.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor Degree in Law/Psychology or related field Min. 3 years experience as HRD&GA staff Experience in Human Resources software Able to carry out the recruitment proces Placement : Surabaya, Jawa Timur
