DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Take full responsibility for Human Resources management Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives Act as a strategic HR partner to Top Management and operational/project teams Prepare and manage manpower planning in line with company needs and business expansion Lead and manage end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, employment contracts, attendance, payroll, compensation & benefits, industrial relations, and offboarding Handle industrial relations, employee discipline, and labor dispute resolution Ensure full compliance with labor regulations and company policies Manage the performance management system, including KPI setting and performance appraisal processes Manage compensation, benefits, payroll, BPJS, and employee allowances Design and implement training, development, and employee certification programs Develop, review, and enforce HR policies, SOPs, and company regulations Drive employee engagement, company culture, and continuous improvement within the HR function Prepare regular HR reports and dashboards for management
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a related field 7–10 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role Mandatory experience working in a Chinese startup company Fluent in English & indonesia, Mandarin is a plus. Proven experience managing HR for organizations with 50+ employees, including HR system development and process optimization Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end HR functions: manpower planning, recruitment, payroll, performance management, training & development Excellent knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law, industrial relations, and HR compliance Strong capability in salary structure, grading systems, and compensation & benefits Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills Able to work under pressure, multitask, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
