DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Ensuring the goods purchasing process runs smoothly for sales stock needs (retail & distribution). Preparing and supervising purchase requests (PR) up to the creation of POs and following up with suppliers. Negotiating prices, payment terms, and delivery timeliness with suppliers. Coordinating with the warehouse and sales team to ensure the availability and smooth circulation of goods Monitoring supplier performance and conducting regular evaluations Managing the purchasing overall process and distributing tasks effectively Handling the process of returning goods to the supplier in case of discrepancies Preparing periodic purchase reports for management
REQUIREMENT

Minimum Bachelors' Degree of Management or a related field Minimum 10+ years experiences in Purchasing, having experience to lead a team of purchasing is a plus Having strong knowledge of purchasing procedures and regulations Having strong analytical, detail, and calculation skills Independent, reliable, has good communication and negotiation skills, and can solve problems encountered at work Has strong computer skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint programs Experience in using Good English proficiency: being able to communicate in Mandarin or Hokkien dialect is a plus Physically and mentally healthy Owns a vehicle and domicile in Medan, North Sumatra
