DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Provide expert advice on luxury watch brands, ensuring a personalized client experience. Deliver exceptional service aligned with brand standards. Build lasting relationships with new and existing clients. Maintain accurate customer records to support personalized service. Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive engagement. Manage daily inventory and ensure product readiness. Maintain boutique presentation and merchandising standards. Perform value-added services such as strap and bracelet adjustments.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum of a Diploma degree from a recognized institution. At least 2 years of experience in luxury retail or a related field. Strong sales orientation with a client-focused mindset. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English (fluency not required, but must be able to communicate effectively). Flexible to work weekends, public holidays, and extended hours as needed.
