REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Psychology or Law is preferred. 3 Years of experiences as an HR Compensation & Performance. Strong knowledge of end-to-end payroll processing, including PPH21 tax and BPJS administration. Experience in designing salary structures, salary grading and conducting job evaluations. Proven experience in developing KPI frameworks and managing performance appraisal processes. Strong understanding of Indonesian labor law and tax regulations. Experienced in manpower cost analysis, budgeting and HR reporting. Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Excel. Plus, point for candidate who has experiences working in construction company.
