Experience 3 to 5 years' relevant experience Experience in SaaS customer support or platform operations Experience handling client-facing support tickets (Intercom or similar tool) Familiarity with CMS platforms (Joomla or WordPress) Strong troubleshooting and problem-resolution skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and process discipline Preferred Familiarity with Tableau dashboards (reviewing, embedding, or basic interpretation) Experience in Level 2 support or handling escalated cases Exposure to data-driven platforms or analytics environments
