DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Platform Customer Support Provide customer support for the Luminate market data insights platform Provide customer support for the PVsell solar design tool Action new client accounts, payments, and account updates Onboard new clients and demonstrate platform functionality Respond to client inquiries, manage support tickets, and raise internal tickets Manage the Intercom customer support system and related content Platform Operations & Quality Perform quality checks on platform content and functionality Execute regular operational tasks on the platform Add and improve content, including embedding data tables and charts into articles Perform data entry tasks as required Internal Support Provide internal business support on an ad-hoc basis
REQUIREMENT

Experience 3 to 5 years' relevant experience Experience in SaaS customer support or platform operations Experience handling client-facing support tickets (Intercom or similar tool) Familiarity with CMS platforms (Joomla or WordPress) Strong troubleshooting and problem-resolution skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and process discipline Preferred Familiarity with Tableau dashboards (reviewing, embedding, or basic interpretation) Experience in Level 2 support or handling escalated cases Exposure to data-driven platforms or analytics environments
