– Assist in delivering business application and new features under enhancement or projects to meet business, operation & compliance objectives primary in the area of Murex & eTreasury systems and managing new projects. – Provide application support to achieve target level of availability thus requiring incumbent to track problems and ensure speedy resolution either internally or vendor in order to minimise disruption to business operation. – Effective engagement with System vendors to ensure delivery of SLA is met. – Manages & executes System Development Life Cycle to o Support in the evaluation and procurement of systems solutions to meet business requirements o Requirement Analysis - ensure completeness of the business & system requirements o Environment readiness o Conduct System Integration Testing (SIT) o Review User Acceptance Testing (UAT) tests script o Implementation - Manage and control changes to the application objects to ensure system integrity – Support disaster recovery planning, testing and execution to achieve system availability according to recovery objective. – Follow-up on findings, issues and rectification, audit and compliances and ensure actions are taken & implemented as required. – Ensure that applications and interfaces are designed to achieve optimal response time with efficient use of system resources.
