DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Provide technical support across the company, resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues. Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners. Monitor and maintain computer systems, servers, and networks to ensure optimal performance. Set up and maintain Wi-Fi/LAN networks and resolve related connectivity issues. Assist with server setup and troubleshoot server-related issues. Set up new user accounts, manage profiles, and resolve password-related problems. Repair and replace IT equipment as necessary Maintain and track IT inventory, ensuring the availability of necessary hardware and software. Collaborate with IT management to improve support processes and business practices. Communicate in a timely and effective manner across multiple departments.
REQUIREMENT

- Must be willing to work flexible shift, on-site in Ortigas - Experience in call-center / BPO is preferred - Minimum 2 year experience in IT --hardware, software, network repair and installation - Must have good English communication skills--both written and verbal - Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills with focus on issue resolution and proactive process improvement - Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as contribute to cross-functional teams - Flexible and has the ability to quickly adjust to frequent process and information changes as well as communicate those changes
