Lead Generation & Acquisition: Identifying and pursuing new B2B business opportunities in international markets to expand the company’s global footprint.
Strategic Market Research: Conducting overseas market research and competitor analysis to provide actionable insights for the Head of Marketing’s strategic decisions.
Team Supervision: Overseeing the daily activities of the export marketing team to ensure all operational targets and deadlines are strictly met.
End-to-End Order Monitoring: Monitoring the complete customer order cycle—from the initial inquiry and production phase to final delivery at the destination port.
Inter-departmental Coordination: Collaborating intensively with the Production, Logistics, and Finance departments to ensure seamless fulfillment of export orders.
CRM Mastery & Data Integrity: Taking full ownership of customer data management within the CRM system, ensuring all interactions and leads are recorded with high accuracy.
Key Account Maintenance: Cultivating and maintaining strong professional relationships with existing international clients to ensure long-term business retention.
Export Documentation Oversight: Ensuring all export documentation, Incoterms compliance, and international trade regulations are handled with absolute precision.
High-Level Negotiation: Leading professional negotiations regarding contracts, pricing, and payment terms with potential international partners.
Performance Reporting: Compiling comprehensive weekly and monthly reports on marketing activities, sales status, and emerging global market trends.
Global Brand Representation: Representing the company at international trade shows, conferences, and overseas business visits to enhance brand visibility.
Lead Follow-up: Ensuring rapid and effective follow-ups on all incoming inquiries or requests from prospective international buyers.
REQUIREMENT
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in international sales or export marketing, preferably in a manufacturing (B2B) environment.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead a small team or coordinate complex projects. Must be a "bridge" between staff and management.
Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of Export-Import procedures, Incoterms, and international shipping documentation.
Communication: Fluent in English (both written and spoken). Proficiency in Mandarin or other foreign languages is a strong plus.
Tech Savvy: Highly proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP), and professional email etiquette.
Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented, high resilience under pressure, and excellent problem-solving skills.
Mobility: Willingness to travel overseas for trade shows or client visits as required.
