Lead Data Audit and Cleanup
Audit and clean existing lead data in HubSpot to ensure accuracy and adherence to standards
Update leads by applying specific "Market" and "Competitor" property data and standardize fields
De-duplicate and merge company and contact records using HubSpot tools or third-party solutions to ensure a single source of truth
New Lead Sourcing and Ingestion
Source new prospect leads from platforms such as BuiltWith based on criteria defined by the HRSO
Enrich newly sourced leads using various tools to capture all necessary contact, company, and firmographic details
Prepare and upload enriched lead lists into HubSpot, ensuring correct formatting, de-duplication, and proper mapping to appropriate properties and lists
Ad-hoc Enrichment and Data Loading
Perform on-demand data enrichment requests from sales teams, often involving large spreadsheets, using tools such as SeamlessAI or ZoomInfo
Validate enriched data for accuracy and consistency before bulk or individual uploads into the HubSpot CRM
Additional Tasks
Perform other audits and operational tasks as assigned by the HRSO
REQUIREMENT
3 years proven Sales Operations experience
Expertise in CRM platforms, specifically HubSpot, including data import/export, property management, and list organization
Experience using lead sourcing and enrichment tools such as BuiltWith, SeamlessAI, and ZoomInfo
Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
Excellent ability to manage and manipulate large datasets using spreadsheet software
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with sales and marketing teams
