DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Work closely with Sales & Marketing Teams on daily basis for cross brand level trade promotion alignment and facilitate single brand promotion alignment and in store execution.
Develop Channel Activity Plan with effective utilization of resources and strike for the best return.
Evaluate Promotion Effectiveness, construct insights on brand mixed, mix, priority and promotion tactics.
Maximize brand and product availability and visibility at trade level. Minimize 'Out-of-stock' at trade level.
Explore untapped business opportunities by leading penetration drive projects.
Share market intelligence together with insights regularly with Sales & Marketing teams.
Build rapport relationship with both internal and external customers.
Oversee trade promotion alignments across both Modern Trade and General Trade.
Ad-Hoc task as requested.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's in marketing or related disciplines
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in key account sales/ trade marketing experience/ retail sales management.
PC Knowledge on Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is a must
Good interpersonal and coordination skills
Proficiency in written and spoken of Chinese and English
