DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new customers and retain existing ones Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing coaching and mentoring to drive performance Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to identify new business opportunities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions Represent the company at industry events, conferences and client meetings
REQUIREMENT

Proven track record of success in a sales management role, ideally within the Property industry Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
