DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Lead and restructure the sales department to align with business objectives Hire, develop, and manage a high-performing sales team Define sales strategy, KPIs, targets, and performance benchmarks Monitor performance closely and ensure accountability at all levels Establish structured reporting, forecasting, and performance tracking Drive revenue growth through strategic planning rather than transactional selling Identify new business opportunities across the UAE and wider GCC Travel within the GCC region (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar) as required Collaborate with senior management to align sales strategy with company goals
REQUIREMENT

Skills & Competencies: Strong leadership presence with proven people management capability Strategic thinking with the ability to translate vision into execution High accountability mindset with a focus on KPIs and results Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Ability to hire, mentor, and restructure sales teams Strong analytical skills for performance tracking and reporting Resilience, decisiveness, and professional maturity Education & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field MBA or relevant professional certifications are an advantage Minimum of 5+ years of experience in relevant field.
