Deliver assigned sales & profit target among responsible B2B customer segments (eg. QSR, Hotels, Airlines, Bakeries etc)
Drive revenue growth through all possible initiatives (e.g. NPD, BS, cross-selling and up-selling opportunities)
Strive for excellence in daily business by planning, communicating, measuring and implementing corrective action and learning
Manage trade / promotion allowance effectively to deliver a long term sustainable growth
Manage and strengthen account servicing, new menu co-development and relationship with strategic key chains to ensure long term partnership
Lead department's monthly demand forecast by working closely with Supply Chain, Marketing & Wholesale teams to ensure of CDP accuracy
Update the Customer Matrix to drive the overall business
Adhere to Company principles and policies and other ad-hoc duties to be assigned
REQUIREMENT
Tertiary Education
5+ years of experience in sales operations with key focus on delivering business results in food service / HORECA channel.
Excellent in building relationship with key customers effectively.
Strong negotiation skill, good at both planning & execution.
Good interpersonal skill, able to work with people across all levels.
Problem solver with positive mindset and proactive approach.
Native Cantonese, fluent English & Mandarin, both spoken and written.
