DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Purchase raw materials for café operations (food, beverages, packaging, and other operational supplies). Source, evaluate, and maintain relationships with suppliers to obtain the best quality and pricing. Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors. Prepare and process Purchase Orders (PO) and ensure proper procurement documentation. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with kitchen/operations team for demand forecasting. Ensure delivered goods meet required specifications, quality standards, and quantities. Coordinate with the Finance team regarding invoice verification and supplier payments. Prepare regular purchasing and cost reports.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Accounting, Hospitality, or related field. At least 1 year of experience as Purchasing Staff, preferably in F&B / Café / Restaurant industry. Strong understanding of procurement processes and inventory management. Good negotiation and cost analysis skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or purchasing systems (ERP is a plus). Detail-oriented, communicative, and strong problem-solving skills. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
