DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process (from job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, to offer and onboarding).
Collaborate with clients to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and workforce planning.
Utilize multiple sourcing channels (job portals, LinkedIn, social media, internal databases, referrals).
Conduct competency-based interviews and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
Maintain and update the candidate database for ongoing and future recruitment needs.
Coordinate with client representatives and project leaders regarding interview schedules and hiring status.
Prepare regular recruitment reports and hiring progress updates.
Ensure compliance with company and client recruitment policies.
Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives when needed.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field. 2–4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in an outsourcing, manpower, or staffing company. Strong understanding of mass recruitment, blue collar, and white collar hiring processes. Hands on experience with job portals, sourcing tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with candidates and clients effectively. Able to handle multiple hiring projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Detail oriented, proactive, and result driven. Willing to work in a fast-paced, client oriented environment.
