DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Identify and qualify new sales opportunities by researching and understanding target accounts, identifying key decision-makers, and generating interest in the company's products or services
Manage and grow relationships with existing accounts by understanding the business needs, identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, and providing exceptional customer service
Conduct outbound sales activities such as emailing and social selling to generate new opportunities and build relationships with potential customers
Collaborate with the sales team to develop account plans and strategies to achieve revenue targets and meet customer needs
Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure timely and effective communication and resolution of customer issues
REQUIREMENT
Higher Diploma or above in any discipline or equivalent (Recent graduate is also welcome to apply)
Good interpersonal, communication, statistical and analytical skills
Highly motivated, and achievement oriented
Proficiency in English and Chinese
Computer literate and skills in using MS Office
