REQUIREMENT
Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) any major Minimum 5 years of experience in a warehouse management role, preferably in the FMCG industry Strong understanding of inventory management principles, warehouse operations, and logistics Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address operational challenges Proficient in using warehouse management software and data analysis tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and safety standards
