DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Provide full IT helpdesk support to company's end users, including daily on-site assistance and occasional remote support during assigned shifts.
Monitor the company's ticketing system for SFC, WMS, and manufacturing system issues, and provide support according to established SOPs.
Retrieve and analyze system transaction data using fundamental SQL queries.
Monitor network and server health to ensure stable tester and production environments; escalate issues during emergencies with basic TCP/IP knowledge.
Support and troubleshoot production label printing issues involving Zebra and Sharp printers.
Conduct internal IT audits and training sessions to ensure factory IT compliance, following defined procedures and policies.
Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including system and access management.
Handle IT asset procurement documentation, installation, configuration, user support, license renewals, account creation and revocation, buddy checks, and record maintenance.
Maintain and update the internal Knowledge Base, provide feedback to SA or Development teams on recurring issues, and assist with root cause analysis.
Respond to system and application incidents, perform troubleshooting, and resolve hardware and software technical issues.
Follow SOPs to monitor and clear real-time reporting event backlogs.
REQUIREMENT
Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or an equivalent field.
Minimum of 1 year of IT helpdesk experience with basic SQL knowledge.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
Ability to work effectively both as a team player and as an independent contributor.
Basic understanding of networking concepts and Windows (Wintel) system administration.
Familiarity with manufacturing systems such as MES and WMS is an added advantage.
