DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Lead and supervise daily boutique operations, including sales activities, inventory control, cash reconciliation, and security procedures. Master brand knowledge to confidently advise clients and uphold premium service standards. Drive sales performance by consistently achieving and exceeding monthly boutique targets. Build, maintain, and grow long-term client relationships through effective clienteling and CRM usage. Maintain an accurate and up-to-date customer database, tracking preferences to deliver personalized experiences. Support and execute boutique events, product launches, and private viewings. Act as a role model in grooming, etiquette, professionalism, and service behavior for the team.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory or team-lead role Proven experience handling high-value transactions or luxury goods. Strong sales mindset with a numbers-driven approach to performance. Skilled in CRM systems, clienteling, and relationship-building. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of leading while remaining hands-on. Strong business understanding with polished professional communication skills. Able to communicate confidently in English. Diploma or higher from a reputable academy or university.
